Elliott is a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in Construction Quality Assurance (CQA), supporting engineering and permitting projects across a range of sites. With a BA in Geography, he combines strong analytical skills with practical site expertise to ensure compliance with approved CQA Plans.
Since joining Wiser as a Junior Consultant, Elliott has developed from undertaking inspections and testing to leading CQA projects, overseeing site works, liaising with clients and laboratories, and ensuring technical and regulatory requirements are met. His clear communication and technical focus make him a trusted advisor in the successful delivery of CQA projects.

Notable Projects
Overseeing CQA works
Elliott has played a key role in overseeing CQA works following the transfer of Environmental Permits, ensuring that construction activities are carefully planned and carried out in line with approved CQA Plans. He works closely with colleagues to provide the right level of on-site supervision, while also coordinating essential tasks such as core sampling and reporting. Most recently, he has led on preparing validation reports to capture and evidence the engineering works undertaken in newly developed cells, helping clients demonstrate compliance and progress with confidence.
CQA supervision visits
Elliott regularly carries out CQA supervision visits, making sure construction works meet the required standards and are properly documented. He has hands-on experience with site testing, sample retrieval, and maintaining clear records, all of which feed into the preparation of validation reports. By supporting clients with the writing and submission of these reports to the Environment Agency, Elliott helps ensure projects are delivered smoothly and with full regulatory compliance.
CQA supervision visits
Elliott began by supporting CQA supervision visits, ensuring works were completed to the right standards through on-site testing, sample collection, and clear record-keeping. He also played a part in drafting and submitting validation reports to the Environment Agency, helping clients demonstrate compliance with confidence. As his experience has grown, Elliott has taken on greater responsibility—now coordinating engineering works, guiding junior colleagues, and overseeing more complex projects such as the completion of the Recycling Area AGB and the extension to the Sidewall.
