Management Systems Summary
Drawing from her experience, Philippa generated a detailed Management System Summary (MSS) that extends to all operations associated with waste management procedures at Direct Motor Spares Ltd. Our client provides recovery and repair services for accident damaged vehicles. This entails separating repairable vehicles from waste vehicles that should be dismantled for spare parts.
Philippa’s practical advices enhance the operation team’s capacity to systemise processes, control costs and losses and ensure compliance. With a growth mindset, she also gives Direct Motor Spares actionable pointers in forecasting risks and enforcing best sustainable practices.
