Notable Projects
Inert Landfill Management & Development
Hannah played a key role in the ongoing management and future development of a council-owned inert landfill site, overseeing environmental monitoring programmes and the preparation of technical reports to ensure compliance with Environment Agency permit requirements. Hannah also led the coordination of planning applications for the site’s future sustainable development, liaising closely with regulators and specialist consultants throughout the process.
Through her proactive approach and strong understanding of both operational and regulatory requirements, Hannah provided practical and cost-effective guidance to the client, supporting them through a variety of site challenges whilst identifying opportunities to maximise the long-term value and revenue potential of the landfill.
Construction Quality Assurance (CQA)
Hannah has successfully transferred her strong background in construction, excavation and geotechnical analysis into the CQA context. Since September 2025, she has been involved in the construction of a basal liner, performing Annex 2 tests to ensure compliance with the approved CQA Plan. She also supported the construction of a separation bund between November 2024 and April 2025, carrying out Annex 2 testing and contributing to quality assurance throughout the works. In November 2024, she worked on sidewall construction, undertaking Annex 2 testing to verify material and workmanship standards. More recently, Hannah supported capping works in March and April 2025, again carrying out Annex 2 tests to ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.
Land Remediation & Chemical Spill Recovery
Hannah played a key role in organising land remedial works and site investigations following chemical spills. She restored polluted sites to an environmentally safe and beneficial condition. She provided cost-effective remedial strategies to clients, whilst ensuring that the land can be reused or repurposed without risks to human health or the environment. Her list of actions involved site assessment and careful planning of remedial actions to achieve a successful clean up.
Throughout the process, Hannah maintained strict supervision on project finances and compliance with health and safety documentation. With Hannah’s conscientious planning and guidance, her clients can achieve internal targets on time.
